The CSTCA Officers have scheduled a May 29 6:30-8 PM virtual general member meeting so that the District 21 General Assembly members can provide a 2024 legislative update. Our Senator is Jim Rosapepe and our Delegate is Joseline Peña-Melnyk. Delegate Mary Lehman often joins these presentations as well.

In addition, we will approve the April minutes, discuss a new proposed land use committee, and have an open floor for community concerns and questions.

2019 CSTCA Membership Meeting Dates

CSTCA General Membership Meeting Dates – 2019

 

Membership meetings are held on the fourth (4th) Saturday – every other month.  The Association meets six (6) times a year.  Meeting Notice Flyers are distributed prior to each meeting as well as e-mail notifications sent to our membership mailing list. For your convenience, below are the meeting dates for 2019.

  • February 23, 2019
  • April 27, 2019
  • June 22, 2019
  • August 24, 2019
  • October 26, 2019
  • December 28, 2019 (Date may change; members will be notified if so.)

 

The Association Newsletter is distributed electronically – via e-mail only every quarter.

At a special meeting of the Cool Spring Terrace Civic Association on March 27, 2015, Chad Williams from the Maryland – National Capital Park & Planning Commission gave a presentation on the rewrite of the Prince George’s County zoning ordinance and subdivision regulations. The meeting was well attended, and a lively discussion ensued.
